License limitation of AIR-CT5508-12-K9

We know that the maximum capacity of the AIR-CT5508 license is 500 APs. But there are extra cases on AIR-CT5508-12-K9. The Cisco documentation is explained below.

A 5500 Series WLC with a base license of 12 can only support up to 487 total APs because only 25, 50, 100, and 250 adder licenses are supported.

For AIR-CT5508-12-K9, when 12 licenses are active, the maximum capacity is 250+100+100+25+12=487. But in fact, we can delete or inactive 12 licenses to reach 500 maximum capacity.
